Cancellation policies vary by service and provider. We will inform you of applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. Some services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, MattConcierge acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and experience providers.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and any required vaccinations. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their travels.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
